To ensure the health of our trees and prevent them from languishing in a warehouse, we only ship UPS 2-day air on the following days:

• Orders received Monday and Tuesday ship by Wednesday
• Orders received before 12pm CST on Wednesdays ship same day
• Orders received after 12pm CST Wednesday ship the following Monday
• Orders received Thursday - Sunday ship the following Monday

To make sure a tree is promptly received upon delivery we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted at this time.
